Admission Process
Our admissions process begins with a referral from the student’s local education agency or designee. After a referral is made, an intake appointment is scheduled and we invite the student, family and home school district representative to tour the school.
Students are enrolled in LifeWorks Schools on the basis of the Individualized Educational Plan, which is formulated by the home school district. LifeWorks Schools work with parents/guardians in conjunction with the child study team to ensure a smooth transition to LifeWorks from the student’s previous academic placement.
We admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies and admissions policies.
For additional information on the LifeWorks Schools or to make a referral please call 215-489-3028, Extension 158.
