Behavior Support Services
LifeWorks Schools apply a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) that is a data-driven, problem-solving framework to improve outcomes for all students. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Managers, Counselors, Supervisors, and Administrators support the behavioral needs of our students.
Our team uses a person centered approach to provide support to our students receiving services and focus on positive behavioral interventions and support. Utilizing a number of evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each student, we develop customized plans based on individual needs.
By using an integrated team approach we take all variables of the behavior into account and find our students develop the skills needed to better self-regulate. Through Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) assessment and the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)/ Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) we focus on instruction, prevention and reinforcement.
